During the pandemic, the restaurant industry was heavily impacted. Intimate dining parties, crowded dessert places, dive bars, and date-night spots served little to none - especially craft cocktail joints. So world renowned Mixologist, Jeffrey Morgenthaler, and leading Pacific Northwest alcohol brand, Ninkasi, launched their first collaboration together: classic canned cocktails.

I wrote the front and back of can copy, the back of packaging brand story, and flavor descriptions. I also coined “Happy Hour, Anywhere”, as a nod to both the mobility of the canned cocktail and the exceptional flavors of the drink in absence of a live bartender.
